To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Any requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund, but we will help facilitate a solution wherever possible.
